Since its formation the Fast Finance company has been managed and has been operating according to commonly binding law regulations.
The company intends to adopt all the principles included in the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies document of 4 July 2007.
The company has been implementing the principles specified in the above document since 1 October 2009. We plan to complete the process of implementing Best Practices by 31 March 2010 but not later than on the day of the first quotation. The principle no I point 1 concerning the transmission of annual meetings' sessions is an exception here, because the Company plans to implement this principle by 31 December 2010.
