In every letter we send to a debtor we give the account number and name of the beneficiary. In case you lose the letter please call our office at the following number: +48 71 361 20 42.

On what grounds was my debt sold?
Your debt was sold on the basis of an assignment agreement, ie transfer of claims. It is an agreement between a creditor (an assignor) and a third party (an assignee) according to which a creditor may transfer a claim to a third party without debtor's consent. Pursuant to article 509 of the Civil Code a creditor is not legally bound to seek debtor's consent prior to effecting the assignment.
