The Company's Management Board passes on information about the shareholders who held at least 5% of the votes at the EGMS of 27  October 2010.

- Jacek Longin Daroszewski - 45 000 000 of the votes, which accounts for 31.03% of the total votes and 49.99% of the votes at the EGMS.

- Jacek Zbigniew Krzemiński - 45 000 000 of the votes, which accounts for 31.03% of the total votes, and 49.99% of the votes at the EGMS
