Change of the publication dates for periodic reports in 2011 (RB 5/2011)

Article 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and interim information

Content of the report:

The Management Board of Fast Finance S.A. hereby informs that the consolidation of its subsidiary has drawn to an end. Thus the Board will not prepare consolidated financial statements. In view of the above the publication dates for periodic reports in 2011 have changed.

The up-to-date schedule of the publication of periodic reports is as follows:

1. Separate annual report for the financial year 2010 – 30 April 2011.

2. Separate quarterly reports:
- report for Q1 2011 - 16 May 2011
- report for Q3 2011 - 14 November 2011

3. Separate semi-annual report – 31 August 2011.
Pursuant to § 101 item 2 of the above-specified Ordinance the Company will not publish the quarterly report for Q2 of 2011.

Legal basis:
§ 103 item 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent.
