Closing the Private Placement of shares of the C series

The Management Board of Fast Finance S.A. wishes to inform that all the shares of the C series, in the amount of 15 million, have been acquired. The shares have been sold to 17 new shareholders, yielding PLN 5.066.700,00. Fast Finance intends to use this capital in order to expand the Company's present operations and to increase its profitability by attracting new clients and obtaining new debt portfolios.
