Conclusion an agreement with Dom Maklerski BDM S.A. to act as the Issuer’s market maker (RB 11/2011)

Content of the report:

The Management Board of Fast Finance S.A. informs that it has concluded an agreement with Dom Maklerski BDM S.A. with its registered office in Bielsko-Biała to act as the Issuer’s market maker. The agreement was concluded on 28 June 2011. The market maker, acting as the Issuer’s market maker for the Company’s shares, will perform its duties in compliance with the regulations of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The agreement is effective as of 30 June 2011.
