Conclusion of a credit agreement

The Management Board of Fast Finance S.A. wishes to inform that on 03 September 2009 the Board signed a credit facility agreement with a commercial bank, which enabled the Issuer to obtain a loan in the amount of PLN 5 738 128.25. The terms of the agreement do not differ from the established market standards in this scope. The loan will be used to purchase next debt portfolios
