Deadlines for periodical reports in 2010 (RB 4/2010)

Content of the report:

The Management Board of Fast Finance S.A. announces the publication dates of periodic reports in 2010.

1. Periodic reports for 2009:
- annual report for 2009 – 30 April 2010

2. Periodic reports for 2010:

- report for the first quarter of 2010 – 17 May 2010

- half-year report for 2010 – 31 August 2010

- quarterly report for the third quarter of 2010 – 15 November 2010

Pursuant to § 101 item 2 of the Ordinance the Issuer will not publish the quarterly report for the second quarter of 2010.

Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 a) of the Act on Public offer and the conditions for introducing financial instruments to the organized trading system, and on public companies (Journal of Laws, No. 184, item 1539 of 2005 with subsequent amendments) with respect to § 103 item 4 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33 item 259 as amended)
