Filing a Fast Finance Prospectus to the Polish Financial Supervisory Authority

The Company's Management Board wishes to inform that on 3 December 2009 it filed a Prospectus of the Fast Finance Company with the Polish Financial Supervisory Authority and applied for its approval. The Prospectus was drawn up with a view to applying for the admission and introduction of Fast Finance shares, that had been listed so far in the NewConnect alternative trade system, to trading on the WSE regulated market.
