Information on partial departure from the principle of corporate governance (EBI 1/2011)

The Company’s Management Board informs that it has decided to depart from the principle no. I.1 of the Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies. On 30.06.2011 the Company will hold the General Meeting of Shareholders and it will not be transmitted over the Internet, which constitutes a breach of the above mentioned principle. The Management Board points out that the breach is due to technical reasons and potentially high transmission costs. The Management Board does not rule out the possibility of the transmission of GSM proceedings in the future.
