Polish Financial Supervisory Authority approved Fast Finance S.A. Prospectus

Following the decision announced on the Financial Supervisory Authority’s website (www.knf.gov.pl) dated of 11 March 2010 the Management Board of Fast Finance S.A. hereby informs that the Financial Supervisory Authority has approved the Prospectus of Fast Finance S.A. because of the admittance of 40.000.000 ordinary bearer B shares as well as 15.000.000 ordinary bearer C shares to trading on the regulated market. The offeror is Dom Maklerski AmerBrokers.
