Purchase of a debt portfolio from a leading telecommunication operator

The Management Board of Fast Finance S.A. wishes to inform that today the Board obtained a signed contract for the purchase of a debt portfolio whose total nominal value amounts to PLN 632 500. The contract was awarded to the Company in a tender announced by a leading telecommunication operator. The terms of the Company’s offer did not differ from the established market standards in this scope. The above debt purchase contract will have a positive impact on Fast Finance S.A. results in 2009 and the following years.
