Resolution of the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange

The Company’s Management Board informs that according to the resolution of the WSE Management Board no 265/2010 of 24 March 2010 trading in Fast Finance SA shares will be terminated on the NewConnect market from 30 March 2010. This is due to the transfer of Fast Finance SA shares to the WSE regulated market.
