The publication dates for periodical reports in 2011 (RB 4/2011)

Content of the report:

 

The Management Board of Fast Finance S.A. hereby presents the publication dates for periodical reports in 2011:

1. Consolidated annual report for the financial year 2010 – 30 April 2011.
Separate annual report for the financial year 2010 – 30 April 2011.

2. Consolidated quarterly reports including interim separate financial information:
- report for Q4 2010 - 1 March 2011
- report for Q1 2011 - 16 May 2011
- report for Q3 2011 - 14 November 2011

3. Consolidated semi-annual report including interim separate financial information – 31 August 2011.

Simultaneously, pursuant to § 83 item 1 and 3 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent, the Company informs that the consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports will include quarterly and semi-annual interim separate financial statements respectively.

Pursuant to § 101 item 2 of the above-specified Ordinance the Company will not publish the quarterly report for Q2 of 2011.

§ 103 item 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information published by issuers of securities and the conditions for regarding information required by the law of a non-member state as equivalent.
