Public offering of shares
Fast Finance S.A. didn't intend to conduct a public offering during the transfer of B and C shares' quotations from the NewConnect market to the WSE regulated market. The Company has never carried out a public offering since its foundation, and the offering of C shares conducted in 2008 was a private placement.
Prospectus of Fast Finance S.A. 
Prospectus of Fast Finance SA was approved by the Financial Supervision Authority on 11 March 2010. The expiry date of the Prospectus is 12 months from the date it is made available for the first time to the public, it is from 17 March 2010.
