Jacek Longin Daroszewski - President of the Management Board

Mr Jacek Daroszewski is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Wrocław University of Technology where he earned his master's degree. He has been a businessman since the early eighties, and he has been active on the financial services market since 1991. Between 1991-1997 he was an owner of, and from 1997 to 2006 a co-owner and President of the Management Board of the Fast Lane Leasing company. From 1992-1995 a shareholder and Vice-president of the Management Board of Miejski Dom Maklerski S.A. Since 2004 a co-owner and President of the Fast Finance Management Board (at first - of Fast Finance Sp. z o.o., and since 15 January 2008 – of Fast Finance S.A.). Since September 2009 a co-owner and President of the Management Board of J&J Financial Advisors Sp. z o.o.

In his field Mr Jacek Daroszewski is a highly regarded expert on finances and debt market.

Jacek Zbigniew Krzemiński - Vice-president of the Management Board

Mr Jacek Krzemiński graduated from a technical school of mechanical engineering in Wrocław. He has a long experience in managing Polish and foreign companies. He has gained experience by holding several positions of President of the Management Board in the following companies: ESI Sp. z o.o., Aqua Witta Sp. z o.o., Bathinex Sp. z o.o. He has been a member of the Supervisory Board of N.P.R. Krusz Sp. z o.o., Jar Sp. z o.o., and Deputy Chairman of the BioEton S.A. Supervisory Board. He has also gained managerial experience in international environments by working from 1997 to 2000 for a German company Schwarzwald Electronic GmgH Berlin, and since 2009 he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of BioEton Kyritz GmbH. Since September 2009 he has been a co-owner and Vice-President of the J&J Financial Advisors Sp. z o.o. Management Board.

Andrzej Kiełczewski - Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Andrzej Kiełczewski graduated in philosophy from the University of Wrocław and from the University of Uppsala, Sweden. He is qualified to perform the role of a member of supervisory boards in state-owned companies and to perform the role of a trustee in bankruptcy. He has gained his experience and knowledge in international environments as a long-standing advisor and consultant on strategic development and negotiation of key contracts. Since 2006 he has acted as an advisor for the Management Board of LUKAS Bank.

Roman Mielnik

Roman Mielnik is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław. He has gained experience by holding several positions of President of the Management Board. Currently he is President of the Management Board of Rolnicza Spółdzielnia Produkcyjna EURO-AGRO in Bolków.

Grzegorz Kawczak

Grzegorz Kawczak is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin. He also holds a diploma from a postgraduate study organized by the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management at the University of Szczecin - "Property Market" in the scope of: Intermediation and property management as well as property and enterprise assessment. He has vast experience in legal counseling for corporations. Mr Kawczak has also counseled private companies on projects aimed at reorganization and building a new operation strategy. Now he is counseling private companies on several large development projects.

Marek Ochota

Marek Ochota is a graduate of the Faculty of National Economy at University of Economics in Wrocław, specializing in Finances and Banking. Mr. Ochota was a co-organizer and shareholder of one of the first brokerage houses in Poland - Dolnośląski Dom Maklerski - where he performed the role of the Chief Accountant of Securities. Then he participated in founding Miejski Dom Maklerski S.A. where he performed the role of the President of the Management Board. Currently he works in the renewable energy sector. He has rich experience and high qualifications in accounting and finances. development projects.

Hildegarda Kaufeld

Hildegarda Kaufeld graduated from an economic school. She has rich experience in accounting and organizational and legal matters. She has gained her experience working as an organizational-legal issues consultant, a secretary to the supervisory board, a human resources and payroll manager, an economic department manager.
